Investment Working Group to Advise the Director of Social Welfare on Investment Matters Relating to the Special Needs Trust

Introduction

The Director of Social Welfare Incorporated may from time to time seek advice or guidance from the Investment Working Group on matters relating to investment of the Special Needs Trust Fund, and invest the Trust Fund in accordance with provisions of the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29), having regard to the advice of the Investment Working Group.

Terms of Reference

To advise the Trustee on all matters relating to the investment of the Special Needs Trust.
