Terms of Reference

Examine and advise the Director of Social Welfare on which applications for the Fund should be approved; and
Advise the Director of Social Welfare on all matters relating to the operation of the Fund including reviewing and refining guidelines for assessing applications in the light of experience and changing circumstances.
