Terms of Reference
| 1. |
To advise on IT-related initiatives including the application of newly developed technology-assisted devices for the rehabilitation of PWD; |
| 2. |
To vet applications in accordance with the respective terms and criteria for the following SWD IT-related financial assistance schemes:
| (i) |
The Central Fund for Personal Computers; |
| (ii) |
The Jockey Club IT Scheme for People with Visual Impairment; and |
| (iii) |
The IT Support Scheme for the Severely Disabled. |

To oversee the development of the 'CyberAble.net', a portal website for PWD. |
