The Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service
The Steering Committee is responsible for formulating overall strategies and planning in the promotion of volunteerism in Hong Kong, coordinating the promotional efforts of government departments and various sectors with a view to enhance social inclusion. The Committee is chaired by the Director of Social Welfare and consists mainly of non-officials.
