Service Description
Tsui Lam Centre of Po Leung Kuk provides Victim Support Programme to victims of family violence throughout the territories. The Programme aims at reducing victims' feeling of fear and helplessness by providing them with a package of services ranging from information, emotional support and escort service when undergoing legal proceedings or facing sudden changes in life.

Target Group
Victims of spouse / cohabitant battering and child abuse and their family members referred by all SWD units providing casework services, including Family and Child Protective Services Units / Integrated Family Service Centres / Medical Social Services Units / Probation Offices, etc. and Integrated Family Service Centres /  Integrated Services Centres of Non-governmental Organisations.

Application Procedures
Tsui Lam Centre accepts referrals from caseworkers. Persons who require the service can approach Family and Child Protective Services Units / Integrated Family Service Centres / Medical Social Services Unites / Probation Offices, etc. of the Social Welfare Department and Integrated Family Service Centres / Integrated Services Centres of Non-governmental Organisations for assistance (list can be downloaded here).

Free (Except travelling expenses of service users and their family members)
