Service Description
It provides professional support of clinical psychologist in the training and management of mentally/physically handicapped persons and disabled pre-schoolers through regular consultation visits to the rehabilitation service units of both Social Welfare Department and non-government organizations.

Staff of rehabilitation service units including day activity centers, sheltered workshops, hostels, integrated child care centers, special child care centers and early education and training centers which are not provided with agency-based psychological support service.
