Community Mental Health Link Services

Service Description The Link provides services including
	outreaching visits;
	consultation on employment;
	counselling;
	networking to local resources;
	organized social/ recreational/ educational programs;
	programs for families/ carers;
	public education programs; and
	tangible services e.g. meals, shower and laundry (subject to individual Link's suitability).

Application Procedure Referrals can be made direct to respective Link:
	by doctors, social workers, or allied health workers;
	by self-application; or
	out-reaching initiated by the Link.

Fees and Charges
The membership fee is $21 for one-off registration
