Emergency Placement Service

Service Description
It provides temporary residential care for the destitute and homeless disabled adults who are found to be in urgent need of accommodation to prevent them from exposing to risks due to the lack of immediate care and shelter.

Eligibility for the Service People with disabilities who are:
	aged 15 or above; and
	homeless, abandoned or lack of immediate carers.

Application Procedures
Application can be made direct by caseworkers of the Social Welfare Department or non-governmental organizations to the Wing Lung Bank Golden Jubilee Sheltered Workshop and Hostel.

Fees and Charges
The service is provided free-of-charge.
