assisting non-governmental organizations in the setting up of social firms and small businesses under the 'Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise' Project;

promoting the products produced and services provided by persons with disabilities through building of the brand 'Support the Employment of People with Disabilities' (SEPD);

strengthening non-governmental organizations' cooperation with the government, public and private sectors and coordinating NGOs to secure large job orders;

providing business consultation for NGOs and organizing staff training programme in relation to sales and marketing development;

organizing marketing events and publicity activities for promoting the working abilities of persons with disabilities:

operating SEPD Information and Exhibition Centre to enhance public understanding of work abilities of persons with disabilities, and

organising promotional sales for the products and services made by persons with disabilities.
