Rehabilitation and Training Centre for Visually Impaired Persons

Service Description
It provides training service to visually impaired persons with a view to developing their independent living skills, helping them to regain self-confidence and re-integrating into the community.

Eligibility for the Service
Visually impaired persons aged 16 and above.

Application Procedures
Referrals can be made by medical social workers, family caseworkers or staff of non-governmental organisations to the Hong Kong Society for the Blind. Self-referrals are also accepted.

Fees and Charges
The service is provided free-of-charge.
