Matters pertaining to the services offered by the non-governmental organizations subvented by the Social Welfare Department
-	Complaints about services offered by the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) subvented by the Social Welfare Department (SWD) may be lodged directly to the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer/Chairperson of the NGOs concerned.
-	Further complaints and review may be addressed in writing to the Secretariat of the Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee, giving the details, including the name, address, telephone number of the complainant for follow up.  For the purpose of fairness, the Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee will not handle anonymous complaints or complaints known to the aggrieved complainants for two years or over but would refer the anonymous complaints to the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer/Chairperson of the NGOs concerned for appropriate follow up.  The address of the Secretariat of the Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee is as follows :     Secretariat of the Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee     38/F, 248 Queen's Road East     Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
