Funding Procedures

The funding will be disbursed to the applicant NGOs by two instalments by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.  For the first instalment, around 70% of the grant approved will be disbursed to the applicants in advance.  The balance of the grant will be disbursed to the applicants in the form of reimbursement, upon NGOs' submission of the following documents to The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, no later than 30 September after the completion of the programme:
(i) Claim Form,
(ii) Income and Expenditure Statement of each secondary level of each participating school (copy of statement should be provided to the school principal concerned)
(iii)evaluation report of each secondary level of each participating school (countersigned by the school principal)
