Funding Procedures
The funding will be disbursed to the applicant NGOs by two instalments by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. For the first instalment, around 70% of the grant approved of each year will be disbursed to the applicants in advance. The balance of the grant of each year will be disbursed to the applicants in the form of reimbursement, upon NGOs' submission of the following documents to The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, no later than 31 January of each year.
The required documents include:

Claim Form for each project

Income and Expenditure Statement of each project

Evaluation report of each secondary level of each project
