At the end of each School Year, applicant NGOs have to submit (i) Claim Form; (ii) Income and Expenditure Statement of each secondary level of each participating school and (iii) Evaluation Report to the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. A copy of the Income and Expenditure Statement should be provided to the school principal concerned and his/her countersignature is not required. To relief increased administrative costs of the non-governmental organizations, an additional grant of HK$5,000 per year per school will be allocated to the selected experimental and control schools by the Research Team. For further information, please refer to 'Frequently Asked Questions' . |
