Centres for Drug Abusers, Ex-drug Abusers and Their Family Members Caritas Lok Heep Club provides Counseling service to help drug abusers to abstain from drug abuse; Counseling service to help family members of drug abusers and ex-drug to deal with problem resulting from drug abuse; Other supportive services, including group work services to help drug abusers,ex-drug abusers and their family members; Preventive education services.
