Collection of Tender Documents :	Tender documents can be obtained during office hours at the following address :   Family and Child Welfare Branch, Social Welfare Department, Room 721, 7/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Submission of Tenders :	Tenders must be submitted in triplicate in sealed envelope with the tender reference and the subject of the tender clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer), addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board and be placed in the Government Secretariat Tender Box situated in the lift lobby on the lower ground floor of the Central Government Offices (East Wing), 20 Lower Albert Road (at its junction with Garden Road), Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on 12 March 2010 (Hong Kong time).  Late tenders will not be accepted.
Remarks :	(a)      The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer the terms of the offer.   (b)      Details of the contract awarded will be published in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette and made available on the Internet.   (c)      A briefing session will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 4 February 2010 (Thursday) at Room 209, Lady Trench Training Centre, Social Welfare Department, 44 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.  Tenderers are advised to attend the briefing session in order to fully acquaint themselves with the requirements of the tender documents.
