To alleviate the shortage of nurses in the welfare sector, the
Social Welfare Department (SWD) organises a two-year full-time Enrolled Nurse
(General) Training Programme, and the Hospital Authority is commissioned to
provide the training.
The programme provides two classes which will commence on 7
December 2009 and 1 March 2010 respectively. SWD invites applications for
admission to the programme. Application for the programme starts on 15
June 2009, and will be closed on 31 July 2009.
