SQS Benchmarking Study
 
Appointed by the Social Welfare Department, the University of Hong Kong (HKU) conducted a Benchmarking Study on the 10 of Service Quality Standard (SQSs) identified general and good practice for each of the SQSs in various types of service settings in March 2002 - February 2003 as a reference for service providers to benchmark their practice.
