For each service type, a set of  Output Standards  with agreed levels of achivement is specified in the respective Funding and Service Agreement / Service Document.

Output Standards are quantitative measures of the key activities related to the provision of a particular service.  They are set according to the type of service provided.  Examples of outputs include enrolment rates, number of registered members, achievement rate of individual are plans, average attendance per organizeed group, number of organized activities, etc.
