Invitation for Business Improvement Project Scheme

To assist NGOs in achieving the objectives of improved quality, efficiency and responsiveness under the Lump Sum Grant environment, the Social Welfare Department has launched the Business Improvement Project Scheme since 2001 by using the Lotteries Fund to finance NGOs in carrying out business improvement.  You may download the Invitation Letter for Application for BIP Schemes and Application Form with Annexes and Appendices from here.
