Welfare payment arrangements during Tuen Ng Festival holiday

     The Social Welfare Department has announced special arrangements for welfare payment recipients whose pay day falls on Tuen Ng Festival holiday.

     For recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance who have their auto pay day fall on June 11 or 12 will receive advance payments on June 10.

     Recipients of the Social Security Allowance (SSA) whose auto pay day falls during the aforesaid period will receive their payments on June 10 or 13.

     In case of doubt, recipients are advised to contact their respective social security field units.
