Service Description
Temporary cash grants from four major charitable / trust funds, Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund, Tang Shiu Kin and Ho Tim Charitable Fund, Brewin Trust Fund and Kwan Fong Trust Fund for the Needy can be mobilised by the Department to help individuals and families to tide over their financial hardship under special and emergency situations when other financial assistance is not available.
