The target group is physically handicapped persons aged 15 or above.  The services include:

* On the Job Training Programme for People with Disabilities

* Sunnyway - On the Job Training Programme for Young People with Disabilities
* Work Extension Program (WEP)
   
* Residential Service
* Care and Attention Home for Severely Disabled Persons
* Hostel for Severely Physically Handicapped Persons
* Hostel for Severely Physically Handicapped Persons with Mental Handicap
* Supported Hostel
* Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services Centre - Residential Service
   
* Community Support Service
* Home-based Training and Support Service
* Specialized Home-based Training and Support Service
* Community Rehabilitation Day Centre
* Social and Recreational Centre for the Disabled
* Parents / Relatives Resources Centre for Disabled Persons
* Community Support Projects for People with Disabilities 
* Gateway Club
* Self-help Organizations of People with Disabilities
* Residential Respite Service
* Emergency Placement Service
