Services for Visually Impaired Persons

Social rehabilitation services for visually impaired persons aim at assisting them to live independently and confidently so that they can integrate successfully into the community.  It is particularly useful for those who become visually impaired later in life and have therefore not had the opportunities of receiving special training in schools for visually impaired persons.
