* You may contact our District Social Welfare Officer by phone, by fax, in writing or in person
   
* Opinion box at each services centre
   
* Customer Liaison Groups at individual services centre 
   
* Departmental Hotline Service : 2343 2255
   
* You may send an e-mail with your feedback to swdenq@swd.gov.hk (Notes: please state your name and contact telephone numbers in the e-mail)

All suggestions and complaints, whether written or oral, will be dealt with impartially and expeditiously.
