Invitation of Proposal to operate Victim Support Programme
The Family and Child Welfare Branch is now inviting bona fide charitable organisations with experience in providing services relating to family violence to submit proposals for the new service project to operate the Victim Support Programme (The Programme). The Programme aims to enhance support service to victims of family violence, in particular those undergoing the judicial process. NGOs interested in operating the Victim Support Programme, please submit proposal with details on how to provide the services to meet the objectives and requirements set out in the Service Specification. The Proposal, with pages not exceeding the requiring limit, has to be sent, in six hard copies and one soft copy in CD ROM (in MS Word 97 or above format), in a sealed envelope, by hand to Senior Social Work Officer (Domestic Violence) of Family and Child Welfare Branch, Social Welfare Department at Room 721, 7/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The deadline for submission of the proposal is 5:00 p.m. on 8 February 2010 (Monday). Late submission will NOT be considered. In case a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the closing date, the closing time will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the first ensuring working day.
