To advise the Director of Social Welfare on :

• development of strategies to promote self-reliance of persons with disabilities;
• strategic directions and measures for the promotion of services/products provided by persons with disabilities;
• implementation of the 'Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise' Project; and
• role and responsibilities of the Marketing Consultancy Office (Rehabilitation).
