Terms of Reference

1. To advise on IT-related initiatives including the application of newly developed technology-assisted devices for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities;
2. To vet applications in accordance with the respective terms and criteria for the following IT-related financial assistance schemes of Social Welfare Department:
   1. The Central Fund for Personal Computers; and
   2. The IT Scheme for People with Visual Impairment; and 
3. To oversee the development of the 'CyberAble.net', a portal website for persons with disabilities.
