Chatbot of SWD

Hello everyone, I am the Chatbot of SWD.  Starting from end-June, 2025, I will be available 24 hours a day on the SWD website to meet with citizens.  I will search my knowledge base to answer simple inquiries from citizens regarding major welfare services and guide them in finding the required information on the SWD website. 
I can communicate with citizens in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English, and provide service information to people speaking eight different languages.  Additionally, I am specially equipped with text-to-speech functionality supporting Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, to facilitate my communication with citizens.  
In the future, I will continue to strive to learn, enrich my knowledge base, and provide better services.
