The group will be led by a certified aromatherapy practitioner, who will demonstrate how to make essential oil bath salts, aromatic oils, and sachets, plus the offer of aromatherapy hand massage.

Through interactive theatre, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the needs of persons with dementia and their caregivers in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, while fostering greater awareness and respect for these issues.

Led by the Caritas “Smart Drama” Troupe, participants will read short scripts and take on different roles within a game setting. They will interact with other players, collect clues, and solve puzzles, experiencing and reflecting on the challenges faced by persons with dementia and their caregivers
