Simplified and Standardised Assessment Tool (interRAI-Check Up)

To identify the elderly persons with mild impairment, SWD has commissioned the Sau Po Centre on Ageing of the University of Hong Kong to develop a simplified and standardised assessment tool, for identifying elderly persons with mild impairment and their service needs, so as to provide them with suitable home assistance services.
