Family Crisis Support Centre

Introduction

The Family Crisis Support Centre operated by Caritas - Hong Kong, aims at tackling family crisis at an early stage by providing integrated and easily accessible services to assist individuals or families in crisis or distress. Services provided include 24-hour hotline service (18288), short-term emergency intervention with overnight accommodation, temporary retreat and other support services.

Service Target

Individuals and family members in crisis or distress requiring assistance, regardless of age, gender and race.

Operating Hours

24-hour service throughout the year.
