Services for Offenders and Crime Prevention
Service Description
The Social Welfare Department provides subvention to non-governmental organisation to operate support services to offenders to facilitate their social rehabilitation and reintegration into the community, as well as promoting a law-abiding and crime prevention sense in the community.
