Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities
News
The Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities (Arts Fund) will hold an online briefing session to introduce the Arts Fund to interested organisations, including the application process and important notes. Details of the online briefing session are as follows:
Date: 31 July 2026 (Friday)
Time: 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. (registration will begin at 2:30 p.m.)
Interested organisations may download the reply slip and return the completed reply slip to the Secretariat to the Arts Fund by 5:00 p.m. of 24 July 2026 (Friday) via email at artsfundenq@swd.gov.hk.

Eligibility of Applicant Organisations
Applicant organisations shall be non-profit making non-governmental organisations granted tax-exempted status under section 88 (Cap. 112) of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, with at least two years of experience in organising structured arts activities or training programmes for PWDs.
Management Committee
The Management Committee (MC) oversees the use of grants disbursed under the Arts Fund, advises on the investment strategies of the Arts Fund and allocates grants. The Grants Sub-committee (GSC) has been set up under the MC to assist the latter in vetting applications, recommending the amount of grants and allocating grants according to pre-determined criteria.
