Integrated Children and Youth Services Centres (ICYSCs)
Service Description
The Integrated Children and Youth Services Centres (ICYSCs) adopt a whole person and community approach to meet the multifarious needs of children and youth, through professional social work intervention (including preventive, developmental, supportive and remedial services) in working with children and youth, their significant others as well as the community. Through the flexible application of social work intervention strategies (including casework, group work and community work) in different platforms (i.e. centre, school, or community), forging strategic alliance and making use of information and communication technology (wherever appropriate). The following porgrammes are provided by ICYSCs-
- professional guidance and counselling;
- support programmes;
- developmental and socialisation programmes;
- community engagement and collaboration programmes;
- referrals for other services and resources to children and youth
The main target group of ICYSCs are children and youth at the age between 6 and 24. Services may be extended to children and youth beyond the specified age range, their families and any community members should such needs be identified.

Application Procedures
All children and youth can approach the ICYSCs direct for enquiry and application.
Fees and Charges
The annual membership fee is $29 while the programme fee is subject to the nature of activities and the cost incurred.
Operating Hours
Generally speaking, ICYSCs have different operating hours and there are 3 types of sessions, i.e. morning session (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.), afternoon session (2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and evening session (7 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Given the centres' operating are subject to change to suit operational needs, please contact individual centre for exact operating hours.
