Service Description
School social workers of non-governmental organisations provide service to secondary school students to identify and help them with academic, social or emotional problems, maximise their educational opportunities, develop their potentials and prepare them for adulthood.
Provision
34 NGOs operate stationing school social work service for 462 secondary day schools over the territory.
Operating Hours
Generally speaking, the operating hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Given that the operating hours of schools and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) may be different to suit operational needs, please contact individual school and NGO for its operating hours.
