Essential Service Requirements (ESRs)

Essential Service Requirements (ESRs) specify some basic features of the infrastructure for the service provision and they are set according to the type of service provided.  They may include staff qualification, availability of appropriate equipment, compliance with particular service manuals, opening hours, etc.
