Software Life Cycle Model

DPO (formerly known as the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer before the merger) developed this Software Life Cycle Model to provide a reference framework for the life cycle of an IT system from initiation, development to maintenance.  It is composed of the System Development Cycle and the System Maintenance Cycle, covers a number of phases starting from Project Request, Feasibility Study, Systems Analysis and Design, Implementation, Post Implementation Review and System Maintenance.
