• To raise public awareness and promote ethics on information security, Digital Policy Office (DPO) (formerly known as the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer before the merger) has set up the InfoSec website (www.infosec.gov.hk), which serves as a one-stop portal to facilitate public access to various information security related resources and updates as well as measures and best practices for protecting businesses and individuals.
• Besides the Infosec website, DPO also set up Cyber Security Information Portal (www.cybersecurity.hk) which provides guidelines and cyber security tool information for the public to conduct health checks on computers, mobile devices and websites.  With the information provided by the portal, the public can gain a better understanding of potential security risks in the cyber world and the security measures to guard against cyber attacks.
• CyberDefender (https://cyberdefender.hk/) is fully supported by the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force. CyberDefender provides people from all walks of life with information about cyber security, information security and cybercrime.  It also offers security advice and safety tips from a professional perspective.
• Managed by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT)(www.hkcert.org) is the centre for coordination of computer security incident response for local enterprises and Internet Users.  Its missions are to facilitate information disseminating, provide advice on preventive measures against security threats and to promote information security awareness.
• The “Free In-depth Website Security Scan Services” is provided by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) aimed at assisting local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify and mitigate cyber security issues.
