Hong Kong’s mobile subscription rate has been one of the highest in the world over the years.  With a high degree of penetration, many mobile apps are published by Hong Kong publishers delivering a wide range of applications and services across public and private sectors including the welfare sector.  To cater for the special needs of disability groups in using mobile devices and apps, the following guides or practices may serve as useful reference to mobile application developers:
