Artificial intelligence ("AI") and big data analytics have the potential to enhance social well-being and are increasingly being applied to various business areas to improve operational efficiency and to provide new services.
- Ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Framework published by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer is developed to assist Government bureaux and departments in adopting AI and big data analytics, and incorporating ethical elements in planning, design and implementation of IT projects or services. A customised version of this framework is suitably revised for general reference by organisations when adopting AI and big data analytics in their IT projects.

The 10 tips help users protect their personal data privacy and promote the responsible and safe use of AI chatbots.
