Allocation from the Lotteries Fund for Block Grant 2026-27
Approval Letters have been sent to applicant Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) for Block Grant (BG) 2026-27 on 13 April 2026 by email. For the BG allocation, please refers to the Approval Letter issued to individual NGOs. Completed acknowledgement slip at Annex should be submitted by fax (fax no: 2151 0573), by email, by hand or by post on or before 24 April 2026 (Friday), 6:00p.m.. Soft copy of the Annex can be downloaded below. No hard copies will be issued separately.
Application for the 2026-27 Lotteries Fund (LF) Block Grant (BG)
We issued letters through email on 17 December 2025 to invite Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) operating subvented welfare services to apply for the 2026-27 LF BG. For details, please refer to the prevailing LF Manual and our invitation letter of 17 December 2025.
Completed application form should be submitted by fax (fax no: 2151 0573), by hand or by post on or before 6 January 2026 (Tuesday), 6:00 p.m.. Late applications will NOT be considered. Soft copies of the invitation letter and Annexes can be downloaded below. No hard copies will be issued separately.

Social Welfare Services Lump Sum Grant Subvention Manual (October 2024)
The Social Welfare Services Lump Sum Grant Subvention Manual (October 2024) has come into effect on 1 October 2024. Non-governmental organisations receiving subvention are required to provide related services in accordance with the revised Manual from that day.
