To provide a platform for participants to facilitate sharing of cooking ideas and mutual support through regular cooking class.

To facilitate carers in the community to share about their personal experience and to boost up others together, so as to lessen their carer stresses.

To faciliate parents understand the current needs of adolescents and interaction skills.

Emphasize the protective and guiding role of parents in adolescent development.
Explore adolescents' boundary testing, boundary-crossing behaviors, and parental responses.
Identifying Risks of Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drugs and Knowing How to Seek Help and Take Action.

Making New Year decorations to enhance the festive atmosphere, encourage families to welcome the New Year together, and build a harmonious family.

Making New Year Kumquat Ornaments.

To enhance the understanding on dementia

Through group games, sharing of community resources and talk on dementia patients, carers are helped to learn practical skills in taking care of their family members diagnosed with dementia. Carers will learn mindfulness as a mean to relieve their caring stress as well.

Participants can relax and reduce daily stress through playing board games. Furthermore, Participants can enhance social interactions and communication as well as expand their personal support networks through the activities.
