Introduction of IFSC services

To be aware of own emotions and relieve carer stress

To relieve carer stress by means of art and experiential activities

1. to widen the social network

3. to strengthen the ability of resilience 
4. to enhance the belongingness of the community

Participants discuss and share views related to the district issue they observed. With guidance and facilitation, they arrange and take parts in voluntary work to serve the community with their own strength.

1. to enhance parents' understanding on the  generational differences on parenting
2. to enhance the parenting effectiveness in families

SWD's CP would share about views on Structural Family Therapy so as to enhance parents' understanding (especailly SEN children parents) on the generational differences on parenting and the importance of setting boundaries in families.  The talk also aimed to help parents and grandparents to improve the division of labor and interaction among family members in an effective way, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of childcare and discipline.

Encourage caregivers to share and exchange experiences, establish a support network among peers, and achieve the goals of physical and mental relaxation and community connection.

In a relaxed café-style setting, caregivers are invited to enjoy refreshments in a comfortable atmosphere while learning to pay attention to and care for their hard-working hands through a DIY hand cream making activity.

Enhance the parenting effectiveness and self-settling capacity of parents and child caregivers, and establish a secure and bounded parent-child relationship as well as a support network.

Through four sessions covering relationship building, boundary setting, encouragement and repair, and community connections, this program helps parents and child caregivers enhance their parent-child interaction skills and self-adjustment abilities, and establish a strong support network.

Participants can learn basic Smartphone photography and photo editing skills to record their daily live and share their photos with their family. Meanwhile, participants could feel understood and supported as well as expand their social network through the group.

Participants learn stretching exercises together in a relaxed atmosphere, experiencing the joy of group exercise, expanding their social circles, and improving their physical and mental health.
