Introduction of Contract Homes

Since 2001, SWD has adopted competitive bidding to select operators for the delivery of residential care services for elderly persons assessed and recommended for Residential Care Services under the Standardised Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services. Generally, both subsidised and non-subsidised residential care places are provided in Contract Homes.

Fees and Charges

Subsidised Places:$2,060/Monthly
