Invitation for Proposals to Operate a "Special Child Care Centre cum Early Education and Training Centre"

The Rehabilitation and Medical Social Services Branch now invites the bona fide non-profit making organisation granted a tax-exemption status under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112) to submit proposal by using the prescribed Application Form for operating a new Special Child Care Centre cum Early Education and Training Centre (“SCCC cum EETC”) at Hiu Yan Estate, Kwun Tong.

Briefing session is scheduled as follows:

Each applicant organisation shall submit only one proposal by using the prescribed Application Form.  The proposal must meet the requirements and the prescribed format as stipulated in the Service Specifications and its Annexes of the SCCC cum EETC.  Completed Application Form should be submitted on or before 27 March 2026 (Friday), 5:00 p.m. to the following address by hand:

In case a black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the closing date, the closing time for submitting proposals will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the first ensuring working day.  Late submission of the full set of copies of the proposal or proposal failed to comply with the application requirements will NOT be accepted.
