2. Encourage person with suspected cognitive impairment to perform early screening to solve their worries.
3. Provide suitable intervention and support for persons diagnosed with dementia, buying time to provide treatment and training.
4. Provide suitable support to caregivers and eliminate their stress level and influence in the process of care giving to persons diagnosed with dementia.
5. Raise public awareness on brain health, mild cognitive impairment and dementia. |
| Contents: | 1. Provide EC Screening for early identification of persons with suspected cognitive impairment.
2. Provide medical diagnosis, follow up and medication subsidy for maximum 18 months.
3. Provide early identification , intervention and supportive services for persons with suspected cognitive impairment who were in the waiting queue of SOPC.
4. Provide immediate post-diagnostic support services for persons that will be diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and early dementia within a year.
5. Provide counseling support and social services and resources matching for caregivers. |
