Programme of Standbyme @ Dementia

Standbyme@dementia is co-created as a locally relevant value-changing campaign with the aim to radically transform the general perception with dementia by leveraging cross-sectoral collaboration and to foster dementia friendly community in Hong Kong. We believe spending quality time with loved one is the best way to maintain mental and physical health for elderly persons.

By leveraging the cross-sectoral collaboration, the campaign aims to radically transform the general perception on dementia and to foster the development of dementia friendly community. It also dedicated to accompany the people living with dementia and their families to go through the challenging processes.

This campaign is co-hosted by Water Drops Foundation and Wing Wah Charity Foundation. Jade Club in conjunction with seven leading organisations and over 60 supporting organisations, has formed an alliance to advocate as one voice for dementia inclusion with emphasis on ageing in place and psycho-social well-being.
