Spying

Attempt to obtain updates on your ex-partner through your children – “Whom did your dad watch movie with this weekend?”, “Whom is your mom having dinner with tonight?” Your children do not want to be used, or lose the trust from either of the parents. The last thing they do not want is to trigger your anger by bringing you the news they have obtained.
